ONE TIME, MOMENT IS MADNESS

Oon ollu kipee reilun viikon verran jo, ei kiva. Kipeenä sitäpaitsi rupee aina kaipaamaan äippää vierelle ja ihania herkkuja millä mut hemmotellaan aina kun mä lojun kipeenä sängyn pohjalla.Valitettavasti täällä ei tollasta luksusta (=äitiä) löydy :D Tiistaina oli taas paluu kouluun piiiiitkästä aikaa. En ees muista koska mä viimeks olin koulussa, haha. Oli kuitenki kiva nähä kamuja, vaikka se koulunkäynti ei niin kauheesti maistukkaan. Koulusta puheen ollen, mä tein mun lukion tokan kurssivalinnat ja pakko sanoa et se oli yhtä helvettiä. Anyways, viime sunnuntaina mä matkustin Canberraan yheks yöks koska siellä oli festarit nimeltä Groovin the Moo. Lineup oli mitä paras. Sieltä löyty mm. Peking Duk, Disclosure, The Jezabels ja Holy Fuck. Plus tietenki parit muut mahtavat artistit ja djt. Toi päivä oli mitä parhain ja mulla oli ihan törkeen hauskaa siellä. Haluun mennä sinne takasin, kiitos! 

Palataanpa nyt näihin kuviin ja itse aiheeseen. Safari matkan kolmantena päivänä meillä oli koko päivä aikaa koluta Melbournen katuja. Mä ajaudun Itävaltalaisen kamuni Fionan kanssa kolumaan katuja kahestaan. Me shoppailtiin jonkun verran ja sit muuten vaan käveltiin jokea pitkin ja nautittiin mm. maukas lounas. Myöhemmin päivällä meijän seuraan liitty pari muuta ihmistä ja mentiin sit kaikki yhessä Skydeckiin josta oli upeet maisemat! Päivän päätteeksi kohti bussia käveltäessä me juututtiin mielenosotukseen, jossa nuoret osotti mieltään pääministeriä kohtaan koska se leikkas rahaa koulutuksesta. Oli aika siistiä olla keskellä tota mielenosotusta, heh. Melbournesta sen verran, että se muistuttaa tosi paljon eurooppalaista kaupunkia kuten esimerkiks Helsinkiä tai Tukholmaa. Siellä on tosi paljon taidetta ja katuartisteja löytyy useimmilta kaduilta ja graffitit koristaa seiniä. Ratikka kulkee keskustassa ja ihmiset on tosi persoonallisia. Mä nautin tosta kaupungista ihan törkeesti ja haluun ehdottomasti mennä sinne uudestaan. Olis siistiä nähä Melbournen yöelämää viikonloppuna, joka on varmaan ihan huikeeta!

I've been sick lately which is not a good thing... When I'm sick, I always want my mum to be there. The best thing is all the good food she gives me when I'm sick. Unfortunately I don't have that luxury here, haha ;D  I went back to school last Tuesday which felt a bit funny because I haven't been there in ages. It was really nice to see friends though. Speaking of school, I chose my subjects for the next school year. I can tell that choosing those subject wasn't funny at all... And I got really frustrated. Anyway, last Sunday I went to a music festival called Groovin the Moo which was in Canberra. The lineup was sooo good. For example Peking Duk, Disclosure, Holy Fuck and The Jezabels were playing there. And of course a few other awesome bands and DJs. I really enjoyed that day and I had heaps of fun! Take me back please.

Let's go back to these photos and the actual subject, haha. On the third day of Safari, we had whole day to explore Melbourne. I was hanging out with my Austrian girl, Fiona. We went shopping and then just wondered around near the river and of course we had delicious morning tea (chai latte and banana bread). Later on, other people joined us and we had lunch together. After lunch we went to the Skydeck where the view was incredible. End of the day when we were walking back to our bus, we got stuck in demonstration. Young people demonstrated against the prime minister because he cut money from education. It was pretty cool to be in the middle of that! Melbourne is really beautiful city and it reminds me of European city, like Stockholm or Helsinki. Melbourne is full of art, graffiti and personal people. I really enjoyed to be there and I hope I can go back one day!
